Lighting

A Light Emitting Diode (LED) is a low power consumption electronic component. They can be associated to produce attractive displays using switching controllers and drivers.

LEDs are increasingly used in lighting in replacement of classic bulbs for energy savings purposes. They last longer and they emit more light per watt than traditional light sources. They are also used for signalling in electrical and electronics systems, and for displaying various patterns and logos.

Drenwest design switching controllers for LED light systems involving some art design. The controllers are designed to optimise the power consumption as well as to produce the desired effects. The LED light system can be a logo, a pattern or normal white light.
